Let’s examine.

OK, this seems promising.

OT? Against the Gophers? Not ideal. But it’s the Axe and a win’s a win. Still a good day.

I didn’t watch one second of those Badger games. I have a job. You may have heard. I saw the second half of this game. I wish I hadn’t. I’m actually convinced at this point the Packers don’t want to win, they just happen to be good enough to not lose. 16 points? I don’t care, this defense is laughable. There were a couple of plays where it looked like they were good. And dare I say intimidating? Then they kept playing and this happened.
The offense, who quite frankly could probably score on every drive, was certified, Grade A trash in the one half I watched. Rodgers just walking around shaking his head at every turn, surely inspiring the troops. Great stuff from the Green Bay Packers. But I’m nothing if not positive. And if I’ve said it once before in this post, I’ve said it twice: a win’s a win.
In conclusion, yes, Wisconsin was the greatest sports state in the union yesterday.
