I played baseball at a pretty high level (one year Junior Legion). I even swung a wood bat once. So despite the fact that hockey rules the roost in these here parts, America’s Pastime will always have a soft spot in my heart. With that in mind and in honor of the Brewers shitpumping the Tigers last night, here are my top 10 favorite things you hear around the diamond.

1. Get your peanuts!!!
2. Come on blue!!!
3. 6-4-3 double play.
4. Play’s at home.
5. Three up three down.
6. Turn two.
7. Good eye.
8. Play’s at one.
9. Base hit scores a run.
10. Live. Laugh. Love.
